Tariffs and Charges

Amounts stated below are a daily rate and are INCLUSIVE of VAT and include food and insurance. If you require day crèche the same rates apply per day. You will be charged for the day you deliver on and the day you collect. If you wish to drop off or collect your pet outside normal opening hours a charge of £10 will be made.

If you decide to collect your pet early before the agreed departure date no refund of fees will be made.

Special Discounted Rates

As part of our philosophy for supporting the local community, we offer Special Discounted Rates to serving "Police Officers", "Nurses" and "Firemen" in recognition of the dedicated work they do every day. Please call us for more details.

Opening Hours

Our Opening Times, Preferred Drop Off and Viewing Times are as follows:

Please Note: If you require drop off our collection at other times we would be more than happy to accommodate. However, this must be agreed by the Kennel management in advance. We would very much appreciate if you could meet our preferred drop off and collection times.

Although no appointment is necessary to visit the kennels we suggest you call prior to coming to ensure we are available to devote the time needed, to avoid any disappointment, as there are times during our working day that can be quite busy. 
  
We are normally closed for drop off and pick up of animals on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Bank Holidays. However it may be possible to make arrangemets on these days, please call us to make an enquiry.  

Payment

We accept payment in cash, cheque and all major credit / debit cards. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking with the balance of fees payable on drop off.

Any additional costs incurred must be settled on collection. We are unable to release any animal until all outstanding amounts are settled.

Cancellation policy

We operate a strict cancellation policy. For bookings cancelled less than 6 weeks in advance of boarding the deposit will be forfeit but no further charges will apply.
